Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed April 7, 2022 found that Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted November 15, 2021.
